Modeling the bed.....

I was trying here to make the bed smaller but as i did the curtians in nurbs and not polygons i was unable to group them and resize them all together therefore i had to re-size the polygons seperatly and piece the jigsaw back together afterwards.
Here i had a bit of help to make the matress move and rig it so we could animate it falling or landing into place with the help of a little magic. For this i learnt how to use clusters and group them together with handles to make them move. I wasn't able to group one cluster to more than one group, so the mattresses were only given a certain amount of movement then i would have liked.
The carpet spread out of the raised peddle stool area to try blend in with the rest of the room.
The same crown and pea inside is used on as many objects as i could to blend them in together.

The fabric was very hard to combine together to show no gaps and i still havent managed to get it perfect but i think it still looks pretty good, you would probably still be able to see the gaps but not all fabric is joined together on a bed anyway.

I had problems with the posts as we wanted the posts to be round circles to be the peas and then pods to cover them, but i couldn't get the right shape i wanted for it. I did in the end manage it, but we have had debates on wether it should be the same colour or different.
Red velvet was the first effect created, but red wouldn't fit in with our colour scheme and thought it was too strong, so it was changed.
